These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the StudioStudio website at studiostudio.au (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About StudioStudio

StudioStudio (“StudioStudio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides branded document portals for design and architecture studios. The Website is currently pre-launch and is used to share information about the product and to register interest in our Beta programme.

2. Using the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website or introduce malicious code.
  • Copy, reproduce or republish any part of the Website except as permitted below.

3. Beta registration

Registering your interest in the Beta does not guarantee access to the product, and does not create a contract for the supply of any services. The product, its features, availability and pricing are still in development and may change. Any pricing or feature information shown on the Website is indicative only and is not an offer capable of acceptance.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the StudioStudio name and brand, and template designs — is owned by or licensed to StudioStudio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for your own informational purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

5. No warranties

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Website or its content, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the section above, StudioStudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those websites.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
