Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 June 2026

StudioStudio (“StudioStudio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, and how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Information we collect

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our activities. The information we collect includes:

  • Information you give us when you register interest in our Beta — your first name, last name, studio name, email address and country.
  • Any information you include when you contact us, for example by email.
  • Limited technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as your IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the website.

We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

2. How we use your information

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • Contact you about Beta access and respond to your enquiries.
  • Provide, maintain and improve our website and services.
  • Send you communications relevant to the product you have registered interest in.
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We will only use your information for the purpose for which it was collected, a related purpose you would reasonably expect, or where you have otherwise consented.

3. How we store and disclose your information

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and handle Beta registrations. These providers may store and process your information on our behalf:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend — delivery of registration and notification emails.
  • Google — storage of registration details (Google Sheets / Google Workspace).

Some of these providers may store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. By providing your information, you consent to this overseas disclosure. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention of your information

We keep your personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

6. Accessing and correcting your information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use cookies for advertising. Most browsers let you control or disable cookies in their settings.

8. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
